User Guide

The User Guide provides information that hospitals, State data organizations, hospital associations, and others can use to decide how to use the Inpatient Quality Indictors (IQIs). This document provides an overview of the methods used to identify, select, and evaluate the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Quality Indicators (QIs) and includes a detailed description of each PQI.
